[Updated on 12 June 2022]
Requirements for Safe Management
The COVID-19 situation in Singapore has stabilised, and the Multi-Ministry Taskforce has announced further easing of community Safe Management Measures (SMMs), as well as the adjustment of the Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) level from orange to yellow.
We would like to reassure your well-being, and that of all others involved, is of utmost importance to us. In alignment with the national guidelines, we have measures in place and communicated to our staffs. We are conducting the following safeguards to ensure the safety of all:
- Vaccinated-Differentiated SMMs (VDS) checks for our staffs.
- Our plumbers will apply alcohol-based hand sanitiser before and after job when soap and water are unavailable.
- Gearing up with masks and gloves for our plumbers.
- Our plumbers will wipe down external surfaces allocated after work assignments with anti-bacterial cleaning supplies.
- Our equipment and tools are always properly sanitised after every job.
We seek the co-operation and understanding of our customers to help us to prevent virus transmission and keeping Singapore safe.
Please let us know in advance of an appointment if they are any concerns or would like us to take special precautions.
Also, please re-schedule plumbing services if you or any of the householder members
- On protocol 1: Immune-compromised, showing signs of feverish, flu-like symptoms or unwell.
- On protocol 2: Well and tested positive.
Together we can overcome this. Be Ready.
Stay Safe. #SGUnited.
