World Water Day

World Water Day is an annual event celebrated on March 22nd every year to raise awareness about the importance of freshwater and the need for sustainable management of water resources. The day was established by the United Nations General Assembly in 1993, and since then, it has been celebrated every year. The aim is to address on water scarcity, water pollution and climate change and promote the sustainable use of water resources.
